Dillon Hike

Dillon Hike, originally from Bellevue, Nebraska, was a regents scholar at the University of Nebraska at Lincoln (UNL) where he majored in microbiology.  He was in the gerontology master's program at UNO before deciding to pursue a legal career.  Dillon is now pursuing a Juris Doctor (JD) at the Creighton University College of Law.

While in school at UNL, I worked for three years both as a genetics TA and as a lab technician in a genetics lab on campus.  As an undergraduate, I spent my summers working as a behavioral technician for individuals with cognitive disabilities at UNMC Munroe-Meyer.  Prior to beginning law school, I was working in Washington DC as an intern on Capitol Hill for the Honorable Mike Flood—the U.S. representative for Nebraska's 1st congressional district.  My family is deeply rooted in public service and local politics, both of which are also interests of mine that I’ve been continuing to foster.

In my free time I like to run and read books about American history.  I also enjoy spending time with my family and girlfriend.
